Participants in the harvesting campaign on the grain fields of the Republic of Bashkortostan cannot be glad for the excellent weather that has formed and fixed in the vastness of the region over the past few days.
As a result, over the past day, the Bashkir grain growers managed to grind over one hundred thousand tons of grain by common efforts. At the same time, a territory was developed, the total area of which exceeds fifty-four thousand hectares.
It is important to add that from the beginning of the harvesting campaign of the current year to the present day, republican farmers threshed six hundred seventy seven thousand tons of winter and spring grain. As a result, the average yield at the moment is a little more than twenty centners from each hectare cultivated.
Among the leaders of the harvesting process in the fields of Bashkortostan, we can single out the grain crops of the Zianchurinsky district. Their achievement today is threshed thirty-seven percent of the total area of territories with grain.
The farmers of the Sterlitamak district, which at this point have threshed forty-four thousand four hundred tons of grain, are not far behind.
As for the highest average yield, it now belongs to the Chekmagushevsky district and amounts to about thirty-seven centners per hectare.
