In the period from January to June 2019, over six million eight hundred thousand tons of farm animals and poultry were produced and sent to the market by the forces of farmers of various categories located on the territory of the Russian Federation.

It is noteworthy that this indicator is sixty-seven and a half thousand tons higher than the data for the same period last year, 2018.

According to representatives of the press service of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, livestock and poultry production by agricultural enterprises for the year increased by one and a half percent. As for the productivity of peasant farms, here we are talking about an increase in indicators by more than two and a half percent.

It is important to note that among all the regions, republics and districts of the Russian Federation, the highest results of annual productivity and efficiency are among the agricultural producers of the Penza region. It is known that since 2018 they have managed to reach a plus of thirty-six thousand three hundred tons of products.

Belgorod producers, who for twelve months managed to increase the pace by thirty-one thousand one hundred tons, also have high performance.

The Penza region follows with an increase of twenty-eight thousand nine hundred tons.
