In anticipation of the season of active consumption of soft drinks, the Rosselkhoznadzor employees urge Russian citizens to pay attention to products of natural origin and to give preference to those products that are made in accordance with all sanitary requirements for quality.

One of the most popular refreshing drinks among Russian consumers has long been draft kvass. In order not to get into a mess and get a really high-quality kvass, which will not only refresh, but also bring some benefits to the body, one should take into account the recommendations of the Russian Federation supervisory authority.

According to Elena Babura, who heads the Kaliningrad Territorial Administration of the Rosselkhoznadzor in the Kaliningrad Region, when choosing kvass, you should take into account the fact that you, as a consumer, have every right to ask the seller for documents on kvass for review.

These documents should contain information about the origin of kvass, the place of its manufacture, as well as confirmation of the quality and safety of the product.

It is important to remember that good kvass is not sold in open form (bottles, glasses), otherwise it collects dust and dirt from the environment. It is sold from closed containers.

The seller who bottles kvass should be neatly dressed in a special uniform, confirming the fact that kvass is sold with the permission of the competent state authorities.
