Pricing experts attribute this increase to a reduction in onion stocks in vegetable storages and in farm warehouses. Improvements in the situation, market analysts are sure, should not be expected in the near future. Market participants admit that the onion will continue to rise in price, and that it will be possible to launch a domestic product on the market with almost microscopic batches.
